Hereford Fine China Shire Horse Stallion sculpted by Amy Oxenbould and produced in fine bone china by Hereford Fine China many years ago as a limited edition. The original bay colouring has been carefully removed and then he has been custom painted by The Horse Gallery / Horsing Around. He is now a stunning light dapple grey. He has a light blaze with subtle pinking to his nose and his white socks softly blend into his body colour. Detailed hooves and silver shoes compliment his colouring. His tack is dark brown with silver buckles and his mane and tail ribbons in light blue and mid blue are complimented in the mid blue of his bridle accent colouring. He is 9.4 inches including base and has been finished to a satin glaze.
Please note: He had two small manufacturing flaws which he had when he was made years ago. These have been fixed through the kiln. However there is still a very small rough patch on the top of his front leg, and a small line on one part of his lower hind leg. I have photographed these as closely as I can. They are very difficult to see and can only be seen very close up. His start price is lower than normal to reflect this.
We can offer two time payments if needed - half at auction end with remainder due 30 days later.
